MH Elite x 98 Gym is the first in an Australian-wide event series that will provide the MH audience exclusive access to Australia’s elite in the fields of health, wellness, fitness and business; providing men the tools they need to function at a higher capacity.

Ranging from guest speakers and panel discussions, to fitness sessions and practical workshops, the inaugural event will concentrate on athletic performance, with a focus on the training, nutrition and mindset necessary to reach an ‘elite’ level.

With talks from 98 Founder Chris Feather, strength and conditioning expert Kevin Toonen, sports dietician Harriet Walker plus an Elite guest, you’re invited to join Men’s Health for a day of theory and practical application that promises to serve as your launchpad to success.

Chris Feather

Founder of 98 Riley St Gym

Chris was a professional Rugby League Player for 11 Years, before founding the famous 98 Riley Street Gym. Chris trains a variety of clients, male and female, from beginners through to professional athletes. No matter what their age or ability, his clients simply require a passion to succeed, a positive mindset and a whole load of determination.

Kevin Toonen

Founder of Strength Elite

Kevin is a strength and conditioning coach with ten years direct experience coaching athletes, soldiers and coaches alike. With over fifteen years serving in the Australian Military, five of which were managing a high performance program, Kevin’s skills and experience are rooted in training with purpose, to achieve the mental toughness to never quit – to always find a way.

Kevin believes in humility and the pursuit of excellence. His training is science-based and he is happy to work with anyone who possesses the grit and determination to improve themselves, get uncomfortable, knowing that nothing worth having ever came easy.

Harriet Walker

Sports Dietician

Harriet Walker is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian with a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, diploma in leadership and management and master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She works with Australia’s top athletes at 98 Gym in Sydney.
