A Louisiana woman was killed on Facebook Live on Thursday (April 12) by her ex-boyfriend, according to reports. Rannita Williams was shot and killed after a standoff with her former beau of five years, Johnathan Robinson.
In the graphic video, Robinson is shouting expletives at Williams, known as NuNu to loved ones, telling her to apologize.
“Hey y’all, this is NuNu, … I didn’t have any business doing all that. My page been blocked.”
It’s unclear what Williams, 27, was apologizing for. Williams’ family told the Shreveport Times that she and Robinson had not been together in two years and he was not the father of her children.
“Everybody wanna be famous. I’m gonna make you famous,” Robinson said in the video.
Another man can be heard in the video but his identity is a mystery. A woman can also be heard talking on the phone.
Towards the end of video, Robinson fired six shots out of the door at police officers and then fired at Williams. He stayed inside the house for 20 minutes before he surrendered to police, ending the 80 minute standoff with police.
Williams had three children, ages 13, 6 and 4.
Robinson has been charged with second-degree murder and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
