And adding insult to injury, a 20-year-old brunette has now claimed she was dating Ben Jardine, who announced his split from Stephanie on FUBAR Radio, when he was filming the second series of Channel 4’s extreme dating show.
Millionaire property developer Ben slammed his now ex, police officer Steph, 32, as ‘suffocating’ according to insiders speaking to MailOnline on Friday, and now Lucy-Jade Bonett has claimed the 36-year-old was cheating on her the whole time.

In an angry Instagram rant, Lucy wrote: ‘He was cheating on Steph with me follow my accounts for the photos.
‘He broke my heart tbh I’m 20 years old he should of known better I thought an older man would be mature but obviously he’s proven there all the same.’
She went on to claim that she only found out Ben had been lying to her when she saw Married at First Sight advertised on the TV.
When one commented that she was ‘glorifying’ cheating, Lucy hit back: ‘I don’t want others feeling how I feel as that isn’t nice at all, an I wouldn’t wish this feelin on my worst enemy wouldn’t wish him on my worst enemy. (sic)

Ben and Steph met for the first time on their wedding day as party of the hit TV experiment which aired its finale this month, but shocked fans with their split this week.
Speaking to Stephen Leng and Lizzie Cundy on FUBAR on Thursday night, Ben announced the sad news of his divorce, which means that every single couple who have taken part in the three series of the UK version of the extreme matchmaking show have split.

Sara May has formed a bond with Stephanie after their shared experience on the show, and has leaped to her defence.
Sara shared a girls’ night out with Steph and fellow MAFS UK star Melissa a week ago, with the three ladies posting for selfies on Instagram.

She had earlier tweeted: ‘The calibre and integrity of men this show chooses is beyond me sometimes. To announce your divorce to your wife via a radio show and Daily mail article is disgusting.’
