  1. The mental stress you put on yourself to lose the weight is what keeps you from losing it. The body is interesting. Make clean eating and exercise fun and you won’t even think about losing weight. #mindsetiseverything

  2. Next week I will focus on getting more sleep. I’m lucky if I get 4 hours a night. My weight loss has been a up hill battle in stiletto heels. Changing 2 bad habit a week is my goal.
