The tragic death of a 15-year-old boy in Turkey has rocked communities, after a high-pressure air hose was inserted into his body in what officials shamefully called a “workplace prank.” This incident underscores a dark reality some young workers face.

Reports from PEOPLE detail how the victim, Muhammed Kendrici, was severely injured on November 14. He was working at a carpentry workshop in Turkey’s Bozova district when the horrific incident unfolded. Authorities confirm Muhammed Kendrici suffered massive internal organ damage. He fought for his life, receiving medical treatment for five agonizing days before succumbing to his injuries. Even more disturbing, officials stated he was allegedly restrained with his hands tied by another apprentice and a third individual before this violent act.

Police have since identified one of the suspects as Habip Aksoy, who was also an apprentice at the same workshop. Aksoy and another individual reportedly forced Kendrici’s pants down, then inserted a compressed air hose into his body. This heinous act led to the catastrophic internal injuries that ultimately claimed his young life.

This tragedy sadly echoes other devastating incidents, like the Tennessee YouTuber who was fatally shot in a robbery prank that went horribly wrong. It’s a stark reminder of how quickly “pranks” can turn deadly.

Following the brutal assault, Kendrici was rushed to Bozova Mehmet Enver Yildrim State Hospital. Doctors there immediately recognized the life-threatening nature of his injuries. Despite all efforts, and being transferred between three different medical facilities, including the Harran University Research and Application Hospital, he tragically passed away five days later.

Medical professionals confirmed that the immense air pressure caused massive internal trauma, leading to organ failure that ultimately claimed his life.

Justice Sought: Suspect Arrested as Investigation Unfolds

In response, police have arrested Habip Aksoy, the individual allegedly responsible for this horrific assault. The case remains active.

Authorities have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, and criminal charges are actively being prepared against all individuals involved in this deeply disturbing incident.
