    CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. β€” The Clayton County Police Department is asking for help finding a missing teenager.

    Christie Howard, 16, was last seen on Saturday morning. Police say she left her house on Cormac Drive in Riverdale, Ga around 11 a.m. Later she texted her mother and said she was safe and with a family member, but refused to say whoΒ sheΒ wasΒ withΒ exactly.

    Howard has brown eyesΒ andΒ long straight black hair.Β She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue Nike hoodie with white letters on the front, light blue jeans, and a black backpack with β€œLady Raiders Volleyball” on it.
