The halls of St. Gilbert’s are about to get even more chaotic. Boarders is back for its third and final season, and if you thought life for our South London teens was already complicated, think again. Filmed in Bristol, this season throws our favorite students into the ultimate final-term frenzy: looming exams, dreams of life beyond St. Gilbert’s, and a rivalry with a neighboring school that threatens to throw everything off course. Friendships are tested, romances ignite and of course, chaos reigns supreme.

Daniel Lawrence Taylor, the creator and lead writer, is as excited as fans are: “Saying goodbye has definitely been bittersweet, but we made sure to give these characters and the fans a send-off that’s as fun, funny and messy as they deserve. This season is bursting with joy, laughter, and chaos that make you love them even more.” And if Taylor’s promise is anything to go by, this is going to be one final ride you don’t want to miss.

Returning cast favorites are back in full force, including Niky Wardley (Carol), Assa Kanouté (Abby), Tallulah Greive (Beatrix), Rosie Graham (Florence), Georgina Sadler (Mabel), Zheng Xi Yong (Xiang), Archie Fisher (Cheddar), and more, with additional surprises still to be revealed. Each character is set to bring their signature mix of drama, humor, and heart to the season’s ups and downs.

Tubi’s Senior VP of Content, Sam Harowitz, highlighted the global love for the series: “Boarders has masterfully combined comedy, drama, and heart, resonating with YA fans of all ages around the world, and we are proud to make Tubi its home.” Indeed, fans from the U.K. to the U.S., Canada, and LATM have followed every twist, laugh, and heartbreak, and this final chapter promises to deliver it all and then some.

With Studio Lambert producing, Taylor at the helm alongside an incredible writing team including Cherish Shirley, Temi Wilkey, Alex Straker, Emma Dennis-Edwards, and Yemi Oyefuwa, and directors Yero Timi-Biu and Satya Bhabha guiding the chaos, the six-episode finale is shaping up to be everything fans could hope for: messy, hilarious, heartfelt, and completely unforgettable.

It’s the end of an era for Boarders, and we’re here for every second. If you’ve been with these teens since season one — or if you’re just joining now — brace yourself: the final term at St. Gilbert’s is going to be one wild, emotional ride.

The final season will premiere on Tubi in 2026. Boarders seasons one and two are currently available to stream for free on Tubi HERE.
