In a public statement, Layla pushed back on the narrative and made it clear that Future has been involved in their son’s life from the beginning.

According to J-Kwon, their early dates were super simple and sweet. He joked that they used to go to Walmart, where he would push Diamond around the store in a shopping cart before taking her to Applebee’s afterward.

The beef started after Marlon Wayans criticized 50’s nonstop trolling of Sean Combs and his obsession with producing content about Diddy’s legal drama. Marlon suggested that 50 should be careful about karma and focus on his own lane.

Of course, 50 responded the way only he can. The rapper took to Instagram posting old photos of Marlon at Diddy parties, clowning him with memes and edited pictures that quickly went viral online.

Eventually, Marlon Wayans decided to wave the white flag. During an interview on KTLA 5, he admitted his brothers, including Damon Wayans and Shawn, told him to leave “the biggest brother” alone.

Wrote $7 Million Demand Letter to Ray J
Over Sex Tape Deal

 

Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, demanded Ray J pay them $7 million for breaching their secret 2023 deal over the infamous sex tape … BlkCosmo has learned.

BlkCosmo obtained the legal letter, dated October 3, 2025, from Kim and Kris’ legal team to Ray J.

The letter claimed Ray J violated the deal, which had a non-disclosure clause provision barring the parties from talking about the sex tape or making false claims. But the docs don’t stop there …

Per the 2023 deal, Kim and Kris initially agreed to pay Ray J a total of $6 million … with payments were broken down into installments of $3 million paid within 30 days of the deal being executed, another $1 million paid by April 2024, another $1 million paid by April 2025, and the last $1 million payment due in 2026.

But in May 2025, Kim and Kris’ lawyers sent Ray J a letter demanding the return of the $5 million that had been paid to Ray J to date … plus an additional $1 million for Kim and $1 million for Kris for his alleged breaches of the NDA.

“My clients take this matter very seriously and unless your client complies with the foregoing, the Kardashians will file legal action to enforce their rights,” the letter read.

The legal team sent Ray J another letter in October 2025, which alleged Ray J had violated the deal again by talking about the sex tape deal on a live stream.

Kim and Kris said that due to Ray J’s breach, they were not on the hook for the last $1 million owed in 2026 and again demanded he immediately return the $5 million he’d already received under the deal.

Ray J countersued, denying that his statements amounted to defamation and claiming the mother-daughter duo broke their secret 2023 agreement by talking about the sex tape on their Hulu reality show.

I’m Suing… and Want $1M Per Stab Wound!!!

Tory Lanez is suing over a prison stabbing that put him in the hospital … and he’s seeking a whopping $100 million in damages.

The rapper just filed suit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, plus the warden and 50 corrections officers at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi, where he was stabbed.

In the docs, obtained by BlkCosmo, Tory says he was stabbed 16 times by a fellow inmate wielding a shank in May 2025 and suffered permanent scarring to his face and two collapsed lungs.

Tory claims he was attacked by Santino Casio … and he says the prison screwed up by housing them together. He says Casio has a “violent history” who should never have been locked up near him due to his celebrity status, which he says makes him a target.

In the docs, Tory claims the warden, Danny Samuel, violated CDCR protocols by housing him with Casio.

Tory alleges prison staff were MIA during the stabbing … and he says it’s not clear why their response was delayed. He claims the prison showed “deliberate indifference to foreseeable violence” … and says prison guards failed to adequately protect him.

What’s more, Tory claims that while he was recovering in the hospital, his original song books containing unpublished lyrics were seized … as were notes with his attorney. Tory says the lyrics have “substantial commercial value.”

Tory is suing for $100 million in damages … including $1 million per stab wound and $10 million for facial scarring. He also wants his original songbooks returned.

We reached out to the CDCR … so far, no word back.
