Looks like real love still exists — because Judge Mathis and his wife Linda Reese Mathis are officially back on track and stronger than ever. According to court documents, Linda has formally dismissed her divorce filing, putting an end to the case and closing that chapter for good.

The request was filed Monday and finalized the very next day, making it clear — this marriage is back solid. Fans may remember Linda initially filed for divorce back in 2024 after separating from the longtime TV judge, citing irreconcilable differences following nearly four decades together. But the split didn’t last long.

By November, the couple had already reconciled, later opening up publicly about their journey on The Tamron Hall Show. During the interview, Judge Mathis didn’t hold back, revealing just how much the separation affected him.

He compared the pain of losing his wife to the loss of his mother, saying he was willing to do whatever it took to get his marriage back.

Linda echoed that energy, explaining that the two put in real work to rebuild their relationship — from relearning each other to simply enjoying time together again.

Now, with the divorce officially dismissed, their story stands as proof that even after decades, love can still be fought for — and won.
