It covers child support and a parenting plan for their kids. The judge gave them until next week to turn in the final paperwork.
Their split first made headlines in November 2025, when the Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced they were ending their marriage after a decade together.
Throughout the process, both sides fought over custody and living situations. Burruss first asked for joint custody of their two kids, but then switched to seeking sole custody after Tucker filed for primary custody himself.
Tucker said he was the main caregiver while Burruss was busy working in New York.
Burruss fired back, denying his claims and calling him out for living rent‑free in the guest house during the separation.
Tucker shot back, saying he only stayed in the backhouse because Burruss kicked him out of the main house.
On top of the custody fight, Tucker also asked for spousal support in his original filing.
Now that a settlement is in place, they seem ready to close that chapter and focus on co‑parenting.
