Good news for the queen! Karlie Redd is officially free and clear after a DeKalb County judge tossed out all burglary charges against the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star and boss woman. 🙌🏽
Remember that case from April 2025? The one where Karlie—whose legal name is Karlie Lewis—was accused of entering her estranged husband’s home, Teleau Belton, and taking some items? Well, as of October 22, 2025, it’s officially a closed chapter!
Karlie’s attorney, Steve Sadow, didn’t waste any time celebrating, sharing the DeKalb County court order on X (formerly Twitter) and declaring it a win.
The court order, signed by Judge LaTisha Dear Jackson, stated that the state couldn’t prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt—even with probable cause.
Karlie addressed her supporters, setting the record straight and stating, “I want to clearly state that I was never guilty of the allegations made against me. These claims were completely untrue, and I was unfairly targeted by false statements made by my ex-husband. The dismissal of all charges confirms the truth.”
She also thanked her legal team, family, and fans for their unwavering support. Now, she’s focused on healing, advocating for domestic violence survivors, and continuing to build her growing empire.
And speaking of empires, Karlie recently opened Red Room Bistro, a hot new restaurant in Downtown Atlanta. She’s also continuing her vital work through her non-profit, The Big Heart Foundation, making a real difference in the community.
Looks like Karlie is stepping confidently into her “unbothered and blessed” era—charges dropped, businesses thriving, and a message that’s crystal clear: never underestimate her.
