The tea is piping hot! Lil Uzi Vert and Roc Nation are facing a new lawsuit filed by a former assistant. The allegations include sexual harassment and labor violations, also implicating JT from the City Girls (Jatavia Shakara Johnson).

According to court documents, the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, filed her case against Lil Uzi (born Symere Bysil Woods) on October 20, 2025. Represented by lawyer Ellis George, Doe is bringing the case before the California Superior Court in Los Angeles County. The defendants named include Roc Nation LLC, Symere Bysil Woods D/B/A Lil Uzi Vert, Uzivert LLC, and other unnamed parties.

The lawsuit lays out several claims: discrimination, employment violations, sexual harassment, and wage and hour issues. The core of the case accuses Roc Nation artist Lil Uzi Vert of persistent sexual harassment through text messages and verbal comments. It’s alleged that the work environment became unbearable.

Lil Uzi Vert Allegedly Sent Explicit Texts To Former Female Assistant

Beyond the alleged harassment, the former assistant claims she was forced to be on call 24/7, working grueling 12-39 hour shifts without overtime, all while traveling across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia. She says she was also left to foot business expenses out-of-pocket, without reimbursement.

Doe further alleges that after reporting burnout and requesting a performance review—reportedly promised by Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez—management ignored her concerns. The suit claims that the hostile work environment, intensified by alleged drug-fueled retaliation, led to her “constructive discharge” (resignation) in April 2025.

The lawsuit details some of the explicit messages Lil Uzi Vert allegedly sent:

    • “Come rub me down before you leave.”
    • “I’m by myself right now send me something.”
    • “You’re more than my assistant. You’re my b*tch.”

Doe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, citing emotional distress, financial loss, and a pattern of abuse allegedly tolerated by Uzi’s management team. The first court date is set for March 25, 2026, as of October 27.
