Lil Tjay Detained For Disorderly Conduct
After Fight Preceding Shooting
Lil Tjay was detained following the Offset shooting investigation after police say he participated in a fight that preceded the incident, BlkCosmo has learned.Tjay was arrested Monday evening, April 6th, by Florida police and booked into Broward County Jail for misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray. The 24-year-old rapper posed for a mugshot while held on $500 bond. No shooting charges have been filed against him.Seminole Police confirmed Tjay was involved in a fight prior to Offset being shot. A second person was detained at the scene but has not been charged with any shooting-related offenses.As BlkCosmo first reported, Offset was shot Monday night, April 5th, near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL. His spokesperson confirmed he received medical care and is in stable condition.Offset’s rep told us he was “fine” but being closely monitored at a local hospital after sustaining non-life-threatening injuries.Seminole PD confirmed an incident occurred at the hotel’s valet area where one person suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.Police stated two individuals were detained during the ongoing investigation. Hotel operations have returned to normal with no ongoing threat to the public.
