Word on the street in Atlanta is that Tyrese Gibson is facing some serious heat. Seems like a neighbor’s pet met with a tragic end, and authorities are pointing fingers at the R&B star’s dogs.
Here’s the lowdown: back on September 18th, a Buckhead resident let their furry friend out for a stroll. Sadly, they later found the dog had passed in the yard. The neighbor suspects Tyrese’s Cane Corsos were responsible, alleging that the singer’s been letting his pack of large dogs wander around their upscale community. Not a good look, especially when our fur babies are involved.
And it sounds like the authorities are taking it seriously. Capt. Nicole Dwyer of Fulton County Police Animal Services confirmed that an arrest warrant has been issued for Tyrese.
She told local reporters, “It is the negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free. And now they have k!lled an innocent animal.” Heartbreaking stuff, right?
Apparently, this isn’t a one-off situation. Tyrese has reportedly been warned multiple times about his four Cane Corsos escaping his property. It makes you wonder, doesn’t it?
When officers showed up with a search warrant at his Buckhead estate on September 22nd, Tyrese and his dogs were nowhere to be found. The investigation is still ongoing, and police aren’t spilling the tea on his whereabouts.
This whole situation has ignited a firestorm among residents and on social media. People are rightfully demanding that Tyrese faces the music if he’s found guilty of neglect. Let’s hope this situation brings awareness to responsible pet ownership, fam.
