Kris Jenner‘s big 70th birthday bash had everyone talking. It felt like all of Hollywood showed up to celebrate the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch on Nov. 8.
The star-studded guest list was insane! Mariah Carey, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Alicia Keys, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Tina Knowles, Adele, Chris Rock, Ciara, Vin Diesel, Snoop Dogg, La La Anthony, Bruno Mars, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, and Tyler Perry – whew!
Word is Mama Kris’s party was a James Bond-themed affair, held at Jeff Bezos’s stunning $175 million mansion. Talk about leveling up!
And get this – the party was so hype that the police showed up because of noise complaints. Must have been a *serious* celebration.
A look at Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills estate
Bezos scooped up the gorgeous Warner Estate from media mogul David Geffen back in 2020 for $165 million. Now, it’s estimated at a cool $175 million.
This 13,600-square-foot Georgian-style mansion boasts eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms and originally belonged to Jack Warner. Apparently, his widow, Ann Warner, turned down a $25 million offer after he died, determined to live there until her own passing. Geffen snagged it after that.
The estate sprawls across nine acres, dating back to the 1930s. Legend has it, the antique wood flooring was imported from overseas and once graced the footsteps of Napoleon Bonaparte when he proposed to Empress Josephine. History in the house!
The Los Angeles Times reported that Geffen auctioned off around $11 million of the mansion’s furnishings, finding them “too musty and museum-like.” But, thankfully, he kept those historic floors!
Word is Bezos has poured millions into interior renovations. In addition to the main house, there are two guest homes, a security guard house, and three greenhouses. The amenities? Expansive terraces and gardens, a basketball and tennis court, a reef-themed swimming pool and spa, a gym, a nine-hole golf course, an automobile service garage, and even private gas pumps. Over the top!

Other properties the billionaire owns
That Beverly Hills compound is just one piece of Bezos’s real estate puzzle.
He and his wife, Lauren Sánchez, have a collection of luxury properties: multi-level apartments in Manhattan’s Lincoln Square, a Figure 2 Ranch in Texas, a luxe house on La Perouse Bay in Maui, and a mansion in Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Island (aka the Billionaire Bunker).
In 2024, Bezos reportedly dropped $90 million on the Miami mansion, which sits on over four acres of bayfront real estate. His neighbors include Tom Brady, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner.
