Get ready, because HBO is officially bringing the drama back to our Sunday nights. The highly anticipated fourth season of Industry is set to return on Sunday, January 11, 2026, reclaiming its 9 p.m. slot and streaming on HBO Max. The network dropped the news with a moody new teaser set to the legendary Nina Simone’s “Lilac Wine,” promising another intense dive into the ambition, betrayal, and messy power plays of London’s finance world.
This eight-episode season picks up with Harper (the brilliant Myha’la) and Yasmin (Marisa Abela) at the peak of their careers, only to be drawn into a fresh storm of temptation and risky alliances. HBO is teasing a “high-stakes, globetrotting cat-and-mouse game” kicked off by a “splashy fintech darling” set to shake up the entire London market. As the women navigate complicated new relationships—Yasmin with tech founder Sir Henry Muck (Kit Harington) and Harper with the elusive executive Whitney Halberstram (Max Minghella)—their already fragile friendship is tested by money, power, and the relentless pressure to win.
Returning and New Faces
Alongside Myha’la and Abela, fan favorites like Ken Leung, Miriam Petche, Sagar Radia, Roger Barclay, and Andrew Havill are all set to return. The cast is also getting a major boost with a slate of new talent, including Max Minghella, Toheeb Jimoh, Charlie Heaton, Amy James-Kelly, Kiernan Shipka, Kal Penn, Jack Farthing, Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Forlani, and Edward Holcroft. One notable absence will be Harry Lawtey, whose character Rob made a pivotal exit at the end of last season.
Where We Left Off
Season 3 ended in true Industry fashion—chaotic, explosive, and deeply personal. Rishi (Radia) was facing devastating consequences with violent loan sharks, Yasmin accepted Henry’s proposal after a final ill-advised moment with Rob, and Harper was positioning herself for a major climb in New York with a new fund. The series has only grown more acclaimed, earning a Critics Choice nomination for Best Drama Series and a significant jump in viewership.
Created and executive produced by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the series continues its powerful partnership between Bad Wolf and HBO/BBC. We can’t wait to see what they have in store for us.
