Oop, Sheryl Underwood Shares Spicy Take on Unmarried Couples Living Together

Sheryl Underwood might’ve ruffled some feathers during a recent interview with Shannon Sharpe. The TV host had plenty of SPICY opinions about unmarried couples choosing to live together, and stood ten toes down on why she would NEVER! Needless to say, the comment sections on reposts of the interview clip are poppin’ off.

What Sheryl Underwood Said About Unmarried Couples

Underwood and Sharpe chopped it up for over two hours on ‘Club Shay Shay.’ A lil’ bit of everything was on the agenda, from their long-ago first date to her comedy journey and her stance on relationships from the lens of her Southern upbringing.

For context, Sheryl Underwood got married in the late 1980s. But in 1990, just three years into their marriage, her husband died by suicide. In 2020, she talked about the pain of never knowing the exact cause of anyone’s self-harm. Underwood has not remarried, and it’s unclear if she’s currently dating. However, the 61-year-old told Shannon — after he asked — that she still believes in marriage. So much so that she’d never shack up with a man without that legal paperwork and wedding band to match! And if a man has kids, the chance of shacking up is definitely out the window. “I’m not gon’ show your daughters to be wh*res, I’m not gon do it,” Underwood said.

“Can’t no man worth his manhood and his backbone put a key in anything I own and walk in like he run it or he own it, you’re not a man. That’s not how this goes. I want you to live in your own separate house and I live in my own separate house until you make a decision that I’m worthy to be your wife,” Sheryl Underwood said.

Shannon Sharpe followed up by asking if ‘The View’ host has ever had a key to a man’s home. “Hell no, that’s your sh*t,” Sheryl Underwood responded.

“I want to be able to trust you, and you trust me. You can’t have no key to my sh*t, though,” Underwood added. “But no, I can’t shack with no man.”

Tamar Braxton Confirms She’s Back for ‘Braxton Family Values’ & a New Season Is on the Way

0

A brand-new cooking series isn’t the only foray into television Tamar Braxton is whipping up for 2025.

With her next musical chapter and even a new podcast loading, the GRAMMY-nominated songbird is set to be busier than ever in the coming months.

And if the aforementioned aren’t enough to send her beloved fans (affectionately called #Tamartians) into a frenzy, she recently confirmed she will be returning to the rebooted ‘Braxton Family Values‘ in an official capacity.

During a recent visit to Atlanta radio station V-103, Tamar chatted it up with ‘The Big Tigger Morning Show’ about many of her forthcoming ventures including the ‘Life, Love, and Beyond’ podcast, television series ‘Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E.,’ and new music.

A standout from the interview undoubtedly came when the R&B diva, formerly branded a “friend of the show,” confirmed she’s officially onboard for its next chapter on we TV.

“I guess I should announce we’re doing another season,” she said at the 5:10 mark of the video above while explaining how she was coping with the death of older sister Traci Braxton.

Elsewhere in the chat, the youngest of the Braxton clan revealed she’s putting the final touches on new music – news that follows her string of standalone singles over the last few years including ‘Something We Can Make Love To,’ ‘Notice Me,’ ‘You Bring the Love,’ and ‘Changed.’

“Absolutely…and the music amazing,” she said when quizzed about the recordings.

And while she did not give a tentative release date, she did confirm a few other ventures (TV shows, book, podcast) need to be settled before she can fully focus on dropping an LP –  her first studio album since 2017’s ‘Bluebird of Happiness.’

“I really want to be able to concentrate on my album and go on tour and have a good time with my Tamartian friends,” she shared. “We did that last year, but with the new and improved 2.0 version of myself I just want to be able to concentrate on [the new music] when that comes out.”

Everything We Know So Far About the Film Adaptation of Tomi Adeyemi’s ‘Children of Blood and Bone’

0

Even before it was released to the public, Tomi Adeyemi’s literary debut, Children of Blood and Bone, hadalready secured a film adaptation deal. That was eight years ago, and after a long development process, everything is in place for production to begin on the film.

A fantasy novel. The first in a

series, it is set in Orïsha. This fictional country draws inspiration from Yoruba culture and spirituality in the pre-colonial Southwest and parts of North-Central Nigeria.

In the first book, protagonist Zélie Adebola fights to restore the powers and dignity of her people, who have long suffered under the oppressive rule of a cruel king. Within its well-crafted world-building, and fantasy elements that are vivid even on the page, the book weaves in themes of colorism, classism-fuelled wickedness and the trauma they can cause. “The book is about living in a society that teaches you to hate what makes you magical,” Adeyemitold BlackCosmopolitan a month after the novel was released.

In 2017, Fox 2000 Pictures acquired the film adaptation rights to Children of Blood and Bone. In early 2019, director Rick Famuyiwa, known for his work on Dope, Brown Sugar, and six episodes of The Mandalorian, was brought on to direct the film. Later that year, Kay Oyegun, one of Black Cosmopolitan’s 100 women in 2018, was announced as the film’s scriptwriter.

Due to Disney acquiring the majority stake in 21st Century Fox in 2019, which effectively shuttered Fox 2000, the adaptation project moved to Lucasfilm, the production company behind the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises that was also acquired by Disney in 2012. Children of Blood and Bone would’ve been Lucasfilm’s first live-action project since its acquisition by Disney, but production never quite took off.

The adaptation rights for Adeyemi’s novel went through a bidding process that lasted a couple of months, and it landed with Paramount Pictures in early 2022, with Adeyemi earning an increased role as the screenplay writer and executive producer. Adeyemi had asked to write the screenplay while Lucasfilm held the novel’s rights as part of efforts to speed up the process, but the production studio did not accept.

In late 2023, Gina Prince-Bythewood (Love & Basketball, The Woman King) joined the project as director, working alongside Adeyemi, who took a more active role in production. Last November, By the wood put out a casting call for male and female “actors living in Nigeria only” between the ages of 10 and mid-20s. The call triggered some excitement that local talent close to the Yoruba culture and spirituality that inspired the book’s setting would be cast in supporting roles if not major ones. While that remains a possibility, the recently announced main cast includes no actor living in Nigeria.

Children of Blood and Bone will feature a packed, star-studded cast, starring South African actor and crossover star Thuso Mbedu as Zélie Adebola. The ensemble cast includes popular Black actors based in the U.S. and the U.K., and several have strong connections to their African identity and the continent. British Nigerian actors Tosin Cole and Damson Idris will play the roles of Tzain, Zélie’s older brother, and Prince Inan, respectively, while the British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor stars as King Saran.

The rest of the cast includes Amandla Stenberg as Princess Amari, EGOT royalty Viola Davis, Golden Globe awardee Idris Elba, Wicked superstar Cynthia Erivo, BAFTA winner Lashana Lynch, and Academy Award winner Regina King, who will star as Queen Nehanda.

Barring unforeseen delays, the long-awaited film adaptation of Children of Blood and Bone will open in cinemas in mid-January 2027.

7 Ways To Help Trim Your Tax Bill This Year –

0

Take advantage of many options to potentially help reduce what you pay in taxes to the IRS this year.

With the arrival of 2025, many people who owe money are preparing to file 2024 tax returns.

However, the uplifting news about that unpleasant experience is that there are many steps you can take now to lower taxes, avoid penalties, and save money.

The Internal Revenue Service anticipates that over 140 million individual tax returns for the 2024 tax year will be filed before the April 15 federal deadline. More than 50% of all tax returns filed this year are expected to come with the help of a tax professional. The IRS encourages people to use a reliable tax expert to deter scams.

You might also want to have a tax expert or financial advisor review your return before filing, though it might be an extra expense for accuracy and thoroughness. Based on research, here are ways to potentially help reduce the amount paid.

  • Fully exploit your deductions.

Deductions can be pivotal in helping trim your taxable income, so try to benefit by leveraging all the deductions offered to you. That could, for example, include mortgage interest and medical expenses. And charitable contributions. Those write-offs can help significantly reduce the amount owed.

  • Contribute to retirement accounts.

Contribute the highest amount permitted to a 401(k)  or traditional IRA to help decrease your taxable income. That can assist in lowering your tax bill.

  • Research and find tax credits you might be eligible for

The IRS discloses a tax credit, which is the amount taxpayers can claim on their tax return to lower their income tax owed on a dollar-for-dollar basis. Eligible taxpayers can use tax credits to cut their tax bills and boost their refunds. You can explore more details online, check with a tax expert, use tax software, or visit the IRS to find a list of tax credits and see if you qualify.

  • Utilize self-employment deductions if you qualify.

You may be eligible for deductions if you are self-employed. You can subtract expenses tied to your business. That could include equipment, travel, health insurance premiums, and office space. Ask a tax expert what other withdrawals might be available.

  • Examine contributing to an HSA or FSA.

Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) can both offer tax benefits. For instance, contributions to an HSA are tax-deductible. With an FSA, you can apply pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses not paid off by insurance. That can cut taxable income.

This technique allows you to offset capital gains on an investment, such as artwork, with capital losses. You can use the money from the sale to buy an investment that matches a part of your portfolio. Be sure to work with a financial advisor on this one.

  • Check online to get more information on reducing tax debt

Several sites help trim tax expenses, including this one and another here.

Rose to the Top: Amber Rose Grabs the Spotlight as Maxim’s February Cover Star

0

The model, TV personality and entrepreneur is stepping into a daring new chapter, challenging assumptions about politics, sex and fame.

Amber Rose shocked the world with her stirring speech at last year’s Republican National Convention. But her life and career have been anything but conventional. From South Philadelphia to the heights of Hollywood, the model, TV personality and entrepreneur knows a thing or two about shattering expectations.

She first caught the public’s attention 15 years ago through her relationship with rapper Kanye “Ye” West. But rather than fade into celebrity-ex obscurity, she’s become one of the most recognized faces in pop culture, amassing millions of social media followers. Now, Rose finds herself at another pivotal moment. After years of navigating the entertainment industry’s stereotypes, she’s stepping into a daring new chapter, challenging assumptions about politics, sex and fame. In this exclusive interview, Rose sits down with Maxim to discuss her unexpected journey, the price of authenticity and the truth about who she really is.

From Philly To Fame

Growing up in Philadelphia shaped Rose. Her early life was marked by homelessness and a mother struggling with mental health issues. Their neighborhood was a tough one, where strip clubs and drug deals dotted her terrain. “I grew up in poverty but never realized it until later because I grew up with so much love and affection,” she says. “Philly gave me thick skin and taught me how to persevere.”

Like many young women in her situation, Rose turned to exotic dancing to make ends meet. It was far from her life’s ambition, but it paid the bills. Her ultimate goal was modeling. She started small, appearing in spring fashion segments on local Philadelphia news stations. Then came a life-changing move to New York City to try her luck on the main runways. She immediately signed with Ford Models. Her distinctive look—particularly her signature buzz cut—made her stand out in the numerous music videos she appeared in.

“I was the only video girl who had this haircut,” she recalls. “There were a lot of hair forums online and so many people were commenting on it. That was my first taste of fame, even though people didn’t know my name.” That would change after she met Kanye West on the set of his unreleased “RoboCop” video. The two fell in love and dated for two years. Suddenly, everyone in the world knew the name Amber Rose.

Breaking Free

Nearly two decades have passed since that time. Rose has since strutted down runways at New York Fashion Week, appeared in a Louis Vuitton campaign, and made memorable cameos in music videos for Nicki Minaj, Future and others. She’s competed on Dancing With the Stars, hosted Loveline, launched her own VH1 talk show and even wrote a book titled How to Be a Bad Bitch. Along the way, she became the proud mother of two sons—Sebastian “Bash” Taylor Thomaz and Slash Electric Alexander Edwards—a bond she proudly displays with two forehead tattoos bearing their names: “Bash” and “Slash.” Reflecting on her journey, she now understands the importance of trusting herself.

“I’d tell my younger self to always follow my intuition,” she reflects. This philosophy has been key to her ability to reinvent herself time and again. But she believes the entertainment industry still won’t let her evolve. “From ex-stripper to ex-girlfriend,” she says with a laugh. “Almost 20 years later and some people still don’t want to address me accordingly.” Although the entertainment machine keeps trying to pigeonhole her, Rose has decided to fly the coop once and for all. “Hollywood just intimidates you into being the person they want you to be, in order to make money and survive,” she says. Her answer to being shoved in a box is to break free. “What I realized over time is truly being your authentic self is where you find happiness and success.”

Finding Politics

Top: H&M STUDIO; Panty: VICTORIA’S SECRET; Sunglasses: MCM; Earrings; AMBER’S OWN (Gilles Bensimon)

Her new approach to life took her down an unexpected path. Last year, she decided to publicly endorse Donald Trump for president to her 24.1 million Instagram followers. This may not seem that shocking, considering nearly half the country voted for him in 2024—except in liberal Hollywood. As soon as she endorsed the former president on Instagram, critics tried to tear her down on social media. “This goes against everything you’ve preached,” one fan wrote.

Ever defiant, Rose stood her ground. She doubled-down and agreed to speak at the Republican National Convention, where she told millions of Americans, “Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, white, gay or straight. It’s all love. These are my people. This is where I belong.” Looking back on that time, Rose is happy she made the decision she did. “During the election, I was ‘canceled,’ ” Rose recalls. “Now? All the naysayers are quiet. They see he’s already changing our country for the better.”

Rose sees a deeper cultural problem at play. “On the left, there’s no objective truth. It’s only about feelings,” she explains. “As a society, we all need to get back to reality and have these difficult conversations to bring us all back to a better place.”

She says the criticism doesn’t faze her. “Unfortunately, the ‘woke’ left cancels people for having a different ideology,” she explains. “Fortunately for me, I don’t give a fuck and will always stand 10 toes down until the wheels fall off, regardless of what my beliefs may be. I used to be on the left and thought I was doing the right thing. That’s why it’s so important to have open conversations.”

Building Her Brand

Jacket: BAGATELLE; Bodysuit: VICTORIA’S SECRET; Jeans, ICON DENIM; Earrings, AMBER’S OWN (Gilles Bensimon)

Rose hopes to have some of these conversations on her latest media venture. “I’m excited to announce my new show,” she says, though she’s keeping the title close to her chest for now. “It’ll be my opinion on politics and other current events.” She’s also extending her entrepreneurial footprint. Earlier this year, Rose partnered with beverage company Lust to launch a libido-enhancing shot called Lust Amber Rose. The 1.5-oz shot combines premium ingredients to boost libido and enhance mood. “One bottle is a full shot, and that’s all you need for the moment,” she explains. “It’s for men and women to enjoy—married couples, relationship and ‘situationships.’ The shot will get you aroused and ready to go!”

Rose hopes the drink might help put the hair back on men’s chests. “The problem with men now is they want to be treated like a princess,” she says with her characteristic directness. “Bring back masculinity!” Speaking of masculinity, Rose likes her rides to have some muscle, too. “As far as foreign cars I prefer a Rolls-Royce Wraith,” she says. “I like luxury cars versus a sports car. I also like big cars like Navigators, Escalades and Hummers.”

A Future In Politics

Jacket: AVEC LES FILLES; Panty: VICTORIA’S SECRET; Cowboy boots: IDYLLWIND; Earrings:

With her newfound political voice, is a career in politics in her future, perhaps even as part of Trump’s administration? “Maybe,” Rose teases. “I still have a lot to learn, but I’m definitely in love with it.” For now, she hopes her courageous stance will inspire others. “Be persistent and don’t take no for an answer!” she says. “The worst thing someone can say to you is no. If you’re starting off where I started, it’s only up from there. Believe in yourself!”

Your Favorite Fitfluencers Might Have Been Lying About Their Fitness Regimens

0

Welp . . . this is awkward. In anticipation of what turned out to be a rather short-lived TikTok ban, influencers across the social media platform joined forces for one last problematic trend. “Since we’re all gonna die, there’s one last secret I feel I have to share with you,” the trending audio says. From here, various content creators took the opportunity to share one final confession — many of them still under the impression that TikTok was about to be gone for good.

While several of the TikTok confessions were relatively harmless (the Duolingo mascot face reveal . . . slow clap) others left us feeling more betrayed than amused. Unsurprisingly, some of the most shocking secrets came from the mouths of popular “fitfluencers.” It was almost impressive hearing so many people we once watched for fitness inspo attribute their results to Ozempic, Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs), or entirely different workouts. Now that the trust has been broken, where do we go from here?

Even if you’re unfamiliar with the label, you’ve likely encountered fitfluencers on your FYP. Think of the people sharing impossibly perfect physiques, fitness tips, workout routines, and the occasional smoothie recipe (undisclosed Bloom ad notwithstanding). Their workout sets always match, they don’t believe in cheat days, and — despite their challenging workout routines — they almost never break a sweat. Their content is meant to be aspirational, but also serviceable, which is what makes these confessions especially disappointing. The reality is, we live in an era where anyone and everyone can claim to be an expert — especially on social media. But with hundreds and thousands of people claiming to have the key to a healthier, stronger you, it’s important to know how to sort the actual experts from the fakes. Ahead, we spoke to experts about the impact of bad fitfluencers, and what you should consider looking for instead.

Fitfluencer Risks

As with most things on social media, fitfluencers are not inherently good or bad. Still, it’s important to know how to spot creators without actual credentials so you can take their advice with a grain of salt (especially in light of all these TikTok confessions). “Non-accredited influencers may inadvertently promote unsafe practices, unrealistic expectations, and quick-fix solutions,” says ACE-certified trainer, Sabrena Jo, PhD. This misinformation can lead to discouragement about your own results at best, and injury at worst.

But it isn’t just fitfluencer content you should be wary of. Even fitness inspiration content, often known as #fitspo, can have dire consequences. According to a systematic review of the effects of “fitspiration” on body image, fitspo actually increased body dissatisfaction, heightened comparisons of physical appearance, and worsened mood — especially in younger populations.

Dr. Jo confirms that young people and fitness newcomers are especially susceptible to fitspo and other bad wellness advice. “Individuals new to exercise might not have the knowledge to discern between credible advice and potentially harmful recommendations,” she says. Likewise, many young people may still be developing their self-image.

Fitfluencer Benefits

That said, there are still plenty of fitfluencers who make great content (for free). “The rise of fitness influencers has significantly democratized access to fitness information and motivation,” Dr. Jo says. Following accredited fitness professionals can be a great way to get motivated, find new workout ideas, and foster a sense of community, she says.

“Any fitfluencer can motivate you to want to move your body, which can be a very positive attribute,” adds trainer Jeanette Jenkins. “However, [the rise of fitness influencers] has also led to the proliferation of misinformation and potentially harmful practices, which is why it’s crucial for consumers to be discerning and critical of the fitness content they consume online,” Dr. Jo notes.

How to Spot a Trustworthy Fitfluencer

Rather than telling you to block every fitness-adjacent account on your feed, here’s what you should look for when determining if someone is a reputable fitness professional, Dr. Jo says.

  1. Credentials: “Accredited professionals are more likely to provide safe, realistic, and sustainable fitness advice, reducing the risks associated with misinformation.” Dr. Jo says. Look for formal qualifications like degrees in exercise science, kinesiology, or related fields. Accredited professionals often have certifications from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NSCA). Of course, a string of capital letters isn’t the only thing to look for: double check any acronyms you don’t recognize to make sure they’re legit. And be wary of people who are giving advice that falls outside the scope of their credentials (ie, a personal trainer shouldn’t be giving nutrition advice, unless they have a separate related degree).
  2. Evidence-Based Advice: “Professionals tend to base their advice on scientific research and established exercise principles, rather than trends or personal anecdotes,” Dr. Jo says. Someone’s personal experience can be inspiring or interesting; but if they’re telling you to take advice, their reasoning should be based in science — not just, “It worked for me.”
  3. Transparency: One of the biggest frustrations following the TikTok confessions was the clear lack of transparency from fitfluencers. It’s totally fine to be on Ozempic or get cosmetic surgery, but lying to your following creates distrust — especially if you’re attributing your physique to a specific nutrition plan or fitness regimen instead. Genuine professionals are transparent about their qualifications and the limitations of their expertise, Dr. Jo says. They are also more likely to refer to other specialists when necessary.
  4. Content Quality: “Accredited professionals focus on safe, effective training methods and often provide detailed, context-rich information, rather than just visually appealing content.” Those matching workout sets may be cute, but they’re not as important as proper form.
  5. Overall Vibes: There’s a fifth, less tangible quality to consider when deciding whether to follow a fitfluencer, and that’s how the content makes you feel. “I recommend people follow any fitfluencers that motivate, inspire, educate or just make them laugh and enjoy life,” Jenkins says. “It’s important to think critically and set your own parameters around content. You can engage with both accredited and non-accredited fitfluencers and be inspired by both of them in different ways.” On the other hand, if scrolling your feed leaves you feeling guilty, unhappy with your body, or like you’re not enough, it’s time for a change.

Fitfluencer Red Flags

Beyond looking for quality health and fitness content online, keep an eye out for any of the following warning signs:

  • Appearance-Based Content: To some extent, this is impossible to avoid on social media. “The problem with following any fitfluencer — or engaging with this online culture writ large — is that ultimately the message is how you look is the most important part of one’s life,” says Sarah Schrank, PhD, a history professor and E-RYT 500 yoga instructor. “No matter how much energy is spent on ‘feeling good,’ ‘being positive, ‘owning one’s body,’ etc., the medium of online fitfluencing is inherently visual.” That said, some fitfluencers body check, highlight appearance-based results, or post several before-and-after pictures — and being told, even implicitly, that your body should look a certain way is never OK.
  • Extreme Claims: “Credible professionals are unlikely to promise rapid, dramatic results or push extreme diets and workouts,” Dr. Jo says. And as you should with most sources of information in your life, Dr. Jo recommends critically evaluating the information that your favorite fitfluencers share, to watch for “consistency with established health and fitness guidelines.”
  • One-Size-Fits-All Advice: “Health and fitness is a lifelong journey and it is about understanding your own body and how it functions, and doing the workouts that are best for you,” Jenkins says. Fitfluencers that make sweeping statements about how certain types of exercise or wellness practices will deliver a specific result for everybody (looking at you, “Pilates arms”).

The Bottom Line

Fitfluencers are, at the end of the scrolling spree, just people. They all have their unique perspectives on health, exercise, and wellness, and it’s definitely not all bad. While some may be complicit in problematic fitspo content, or been dishonest in their approach, many are genuinely there to help people become healthier, stronger versions of themselves.

“The fitness influencer space has the power to inspire positive change,” Dr. Jo says. “But it also bears the responsibility of ensuring that the information shared is accurate, safe, and promotes an evidence-based approach to health and wellness.”

The content that fitfluencers share is a tool that can be helpful or harmful for your fitness journey, depending how you use it. If opening social media to see a familiar, smiling face encourages you to get off your phone and into your running shoes, then keep your favorite fitfluencers in your life. But if their content is causing you to feel guilt, shame, or distrust, it’s better to hit the gym your way . . . and then hit unfollow.

DJ Akademiks Permanently Banned from Twitch Following Grooming Allegations

0

Bruh… DJ Akademiks has been permanently banned from Twitch following serious allegations of grooming a 15-year-old boy during a livestream. The controversial media personality, known for his bold online presence, has faced heavy backlash after the incident, leading to swift action from the streaming platform.

In addition to the Twitch ban, both Stake, an online gambling platform, and Happy Dad Hard Seltzer have cut ties with Akademiks, unfollowing him on social media and severing their business relationships. The fallout from these allegations has been significant, affecting both his career and brand partnerships.

While Akademiks maintains that his ban was not related to the grooming accusations, he claims it was due to a separate incident where he called Adin Ross—who has also been permanently banned from Twitch—on stream. Akademiks said he was attempting to confirm if Ross had donated $10,000 to help cover medical expenses for Kendrick Lamar’s cousin’s parents, who were in need of hospital beds and a new wheelchair.

The 12 Best Butt-Lifting Leggings

0

Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Tight ($98)

If you fondly remember your Wunder Unders (RIP), let us introduce you to the new iteration. Wunder Unders were the pants Lululemon became famous for . . . namely because they looked so good on your butt. The only issue was that the fabric was so thick. The new Wunder Train, however, is made of Everlux, the brand’s quickest-drying fabric, so it’s lightweight and sweat-wicking — perfect for any kind of training.

What reviewers say: With more than 2,500 five-star reviews, one happy purchaser says these are “like second skin with (the) right amount of compression. I didn’t think I’d love another pair more than Align.” Another customer says, “Love the high waist and compression, makes me happy every time I look in the mirror.”

Why we love them: These are the do-it-all pants you’ll rely on for years to come. Whatever your workout of choice, these pants will keep you supported through it all. One editor writes, “What I love most about them is they feature a contoured waistband that firmly hugs your waist so that they stay put during your workout,” making them both fashionable and functional. Read the full Lululemon Swift Speed High-Rise Tight review to learn more.

What’s worth noting: These leggings don’t have side pockets or some of the side seaming. There is one hidden pocket at the waistband, and the brand does make a pair of Wunder Train leggings with pockets, but they’re more expensive at $128.

The details: Sizes: 0-20 | Length: 23″, 25″, 28″, 31″ | Colorways: 10+
