Model and accuser Kanye West is now publicly detailing allegations of sexual assault, speaking on camera to a BBC reporter with visible emotion. Kanye West has disputed her account through his legal team, characterizing the incident as artistic expression rather than misconduct.
The allegation traces back to 2010, when model Jenn An was auditioning for a music video with musician La Roux. An, who appeared on “America’s Next Top Model,” has detailed what she describes as an assault that occurred during that Chelsea Hotel shoot.

An arrived at the Chelsea Hotel for a lingerie shoot alongside other models. After a couple hours, she says she was selected, along with two other models, to appear in the video. According to her account, the other two models were then dismissed from the room.
Alone in the room, An said she was instructed to sit in a chair. That’s when, according to her recounting, the alleged assault began.
An became emotional during the interview, describing how she was choked with both hands while her makeup was smeared across her face in what she felt was a degrading manner.
She also alleged that fingers were forced into her mouth.
When pressed about whether she could breathe, An told the reporter she felt suffocated and scared throughout the encounter.
An’s lawsuit filed previously contains similar allegations, claiming she was choked, had her face smothered, and was subjected to forced contact intended to simulate sexual assault while being filmed.
A representative for West directed us to legal filings arguing the case should be dismissed on grounds that the entire interaction was openly framed and intended as artistic expression for a music video, not sexual misconduct or violence.
