Here’s what an expert is saying after some called the Duchess of Sussex out for the way she was hanging on her husband during an event.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently attended the One805LIVE! charity concert hosted by Kevin Costner at the actor‘s home in Carpinteria, California. Word is, the event was a whole vibe.

The Duchess of Sussex graced the stage with her husband before the duke presented an award. They’ve shown love at this event before, but this year the internet went wild, with some folks calling out Meghan’s “clingy” behavior. Okay, but can we really blame a sista for wanting to hold on tight to her king?

Now, an expert is steppin’ in to share their take on Meghan’s demeanor as she stood alongside Harry. Let’s get into it.

Darren Stanton, a body language and behavioral expert with a psychology degree, is sharing his insights. This brother used to be a police officer, using his skills to sniff out the truth during interviews. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to TV as the “Human Lie Detector.”

The expert peeped the photos and footage of the couple and has a theory about why the former Suits star was so touchy-feely.

“It’s clear that their connection remains strong. Neither shows any signs of unhappiness, frustration, or anxiety. Instead, both display genuine microexpressions of happiness and joy — enjoying each other’s company, being out and about, and even interacting with the press.” Black love is a beautiful thing.
