29 years ago today, Joe dropped "All That I Am," his second album and his first on Jive. "All the Things (Your Man Won't Do)" went gold, "Don't Wanna Be a Player" ran the summer of '97, and "No One Else Comes Close" still gets played at weddings to this day. The album shipped over 1.2 million copies and went platinum in under eight months.
