Jordan Adetunji is back in his melodic lane on '9 to 5', his new single produced by Thiago. It's under two minutes long, and it follows a busy year of singles: 'Climbing Up', 'Who Is It' and 'Distraction', where he leaned into a darker R&B sound. This one goes back to what first put the Belfast artist on: 'KEHLANI', which peaked at No. 24 on the Hot 100 and No. 8 in the UK, went platinum in both countries.

For the first time, the Soul Train Awards are putting a category in the fans' hands. The R&B/Soul Song of the Year nominees are Kehlani's 'Folded,' Olivia Dean's 'Man I Need,' Brent Faiyaz's 'Butterflies,' Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller's 'It Depends,' Mariah the Scientist and Kali Uchis' 'Is It a Crime,' Justin Bieber's 'Yukon,' Tems' 'What You Need,' Bruno Mars' 'I Just Might,' Tyla's 'Chanel,' and Daniel Caesar's 'Who Knows.' Voting is open on BET.com until October 16.
