Floyd Mayweather’s $18.5M Miami Mansion Sold
A gorgeous Miami Beach mansion once owned by decorated boxer Floyd Mayweather has recently been sold for $18.5 million, which is nearly $3 million shy of what Mayweather originally sold it for in November 2024. The 10,818-square-foot home features eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, a movie room, a game room, a 5,000-square-foot rooftop, and much more. The home boasts a grand spiral staircase, formal sitting room, impressive kitchen with beautiful island and modern stainless steel appliances, and multiple guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Diddy Sells Star Island Estate for $55 Million
Sean "Diddy" Combs just unloaded one of his crown jewel properties on Miami's Star Island, selling it for a whopping $55 million. The waterfront property at 1 West Star Island was purchased by JFStar LLC, a real estate holding company based in Newport News, Virginia Beach. The giant sale appears to be an off-market deal with the buyer financing the purchase with an $18.5 million bank mortgage. Diddy had originally bought the nearly 8,000 square foot property from singer Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio in 2021.

Grammy Award-winning jazz singer Cassandra Wilson passed away in Jackson, MS, on Sept. 1. Her manager confirmed her death in a statement, saying that the singer-songwriter transitioned peacefully at home, surrounded by family, close friends, and her manager. In addition to 19 solo studio albums, Wilson also recorded with some of the industry's top artists, including The Roots, Wynton Marsalis and Elvis Costello. In 2001, Time called her America's Best Singer. Cassandra Wilson was 70 years old.

Keffe D Guilty in Tupac Murder Case After 30 Years
On Monday, a Clark County jury found Duane 'Keffe D' Davis, 63, guilty of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon in the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur. He is the only person ever charged in the case. Tupac was shot in a drive-by on the Las Vegas Strip on September 7, 1996, and died six days later. He was 25. Prosecutors said Davis was the shot caller in the white Cadillac that night and handed off the gun after his nephew, Orlando 'Baby Lane' Anderson, was beaten by Tupac's group at the MGM Grand hours earlier.
