As Chadwick Boseman's widow, Simone Ledward, and his brothers continue their legal spat, newly revealed details have just made the situation even more complicated. In July 2026, Boseman's brothers filed to have his widow removed as his estate administrator, alleging that she hadn't distributed funds from the Black Panther star's estate intended for his parents. Although he died without a will, a 2022 court order established that his mother and father would receive a 50% share of his assets, with Ledward receiving the other half.
