In dispatch audio obtained, she expressed concern after he asked her to visit but then went radio silent. After 24 hours without contact, she called 911. The dispatcher asked about known health issues, and she responded that he had breathing complications and high blood pressure. She explained she knocked on his door and called multiple times without hearing back. Tay was found dead Thursday in his Nashville apartment. Cops say foul play isn't suspected. He was 29 years old.
