Fall officially started tonight at 8:05pm, and we've been building for it. 295 songs. 21 hours and 23 minutes of R&B that feels like this exact time of year, the sweater weather records, the ones that sound better with the windows cracked and the sun going down at 7. Mariah, Whitney, Faith, Total, Alicia. Solange and Frank for the drive home.

Solange posted footage from her first band rehearsal, and Summer Walker is on guitar. When Solange wrote that she had to beg her out of guitar retirement, Summer answered: "Anything for you darling." Before the hits, Summer taught herself to play from YouTube tutorials and posted covers online. SZA and H.E.R. both showed up under the post. H.E.R. wrote "Best. Band. Ever." and Solange called her a guitar legend right back.

Reality star Tommie Lee has folks talking after posting a series of flirty clips with Julez Smith, the 21-year-old son of Solange Knowles, with videos showing the two getting close during what looked like a wild night out.
