Mother Files Lawsuit Against School District Over Bullying Incident Causing Student Trauma
Two Black brothers at a Southern California elementary school endured months of racial harassment including slurs and degrading comments about their skin color. One child received a note stating his skin was as black as his future. Their mother accuses the Redlands Unified School District of ignoring repeated warnings and failing to protect her sons from a hostile school environment that left lasting emotional scars. The federal civil rights lawsuit alleges the boys were subjected to racist bullying by classmates for months, with harassment including repeated racial slurs and written insults passed between students.

TMZ obtained records detailing all of Davis' alleged bad behavior while incarcerated at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas from September 29, 2023 through the start of trial, including fights with inmates, arguments with officers, and threats of violence.
