21 Savage and Fivio Foreign publicly exchanged words following comments made about Savage’s “F**k the streets” movement.

On Friday, Jan. 23, 21 Savage responded to the comments during an Instagram Live session. During the broadcast, the Atlanta-based rapper addressed Fivio directly and told him to “stop saying [his] motherf**kin’ name.”

Following the podcast episode, 21 Savage addressed the remarks directly during an Instagram Live session. During the livestream, he criticized Fivio and others who questioned his stance.

“If your a** [is] 35 or older, and you been trying to rap since you was Goddm 17, 16 [or] 15, don’t say nothing to me ‘bout the streets. You don’t know nothing about the streets, you ain’t did nothing in the streets,” Savage said. “Y’all ngas keep talking about all that ‘Fk the streets’ st.”

Savage also warned critics against continuing to mention him and accused Fivio of seeking attention through public commentary.
After stating he would confront critics in person, Savage continued: “Y’all ngas still [would] get y’all a whooped, straight up. Nga a around this bch looking for clout. Nga old as hell. Poor as a motherfker. Talking about who a street nga in another state.”

Fivio Foreign Responds On Instagram Stories

Fivio Foreign later responded to 21 Savage’s comments via Instagram Stories. In the post, he stood by his original statements and rejected engaging in further discussion.

“I said what I said. No back and forth [with] a nga who said, ‘F the streets.’ [That] nga a bch. Eat a dk, p**sy,” he wrote, while tagging 21 Savage in the post.
The exchange added to ongoing discussions surrounding street culture, authenticity, and messaging within hip-hop.

Origins Of 21 Savage’s “F**k The Streets” Message

21 Savage’s “F**k the streets” stance became more prominent during the rollout of his WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STREETS? project.

While attempting to mediate tensions between Young Thug and Gunna, Savage posted a tweet stating: “Fk the streets. We ain’t get st but trauma from that s**t.”
The message was widely shared and sparked debate across social media. Several artists publicly expressed support for Savage’s viewpoint, including G Herbo and Meek Mill.

However, the stance also received criticism. Rappers such as 6ix9ine and HoneyKomb Brazy publicly disagreed with the message and voiced opposition online.
