Another ICE-agent-related shooting has happened in Minneapolis, and once again it has turned deadly.

The incident happened in the area of West 26th Street and Nicollet Avenue, where folks have taken the streets to protest after the fatal shooting of Renee Good.

Footage posted online shows multiple law enforcement officers struggling with a man on the ground before a gunshot is heard and then several more are fired. So far a Department of Homeland Security official claimed the individual “had a firearm with two magazines.” However, it’s not clear whether the man was holding the gun when he was shot. It is also unclear if he had a permit to carry the firearm, which is required in the state. Despite this claim, witnesses on the ground have claimed he was unarmed.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said the man had died following the incident. Meanwhile, State governor Tim Walz said he had spoken to the White House about the incident.

“Minnesota has had it. This is sickening,” Walz wrote on X. “The President must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now.”

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has once again urged and demanded that ICE leave the city and state immediately as things continue to escalate. He will be holding a press conference regarding the matter later Saturday morning.

President Donald Trump has not yet reacted to this breaking news. We will continue to keep you updated as this story develops.
