Blueface is settling into new territory. The rapper just welcomed a newborn son and marked the milestone by purchasing a $2.25 million home in Moorpark, California.
The sprawling property spans just over 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views, and a four-car garage. Perfect timing for a growing family. Blueface was introduced to the gated residence by Christian Crane of Agents of LA, who represented him in the purchase alongside Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama, the former Death Row Records producer turned real estate investor.

The rapper arrived at the property in a Maybach Sprinter, courtesy of Stratos transportation. What happened next was pure real estate theater. Agents of LA presented him with a custom gold key chain featuring Jesus Christ as a closing gift—a detail that definitely caught the camera’s eye.
Photos show Blueface wearing the key around his neck, grinning at the milestone. This isn’t his first go-around with Crane—the agent previously worked with the rapper on a Canyon Country property.
The whole moment had serious production value. Tai Savet, owner of Agents of LA and creator of VH1’s “Love & Listings,” was on scene and hinted at something brewing. “We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market,” Savet told BlkCosmo. Whether that materializes remains to be seen, but the energy was definitely there.
Congrats on the new home and the new addition, Blue.
