Boosie Badazz is laying into one of the political operatives he claims took his money for a Trump pardon that never came through. On social media, the rapper called out Jack Burkman, one of the defendants in his $300,000 lawsuit, accusing him of lying.
The “Set It Off” rapper went hard on Burkman in a scathing rant, essentially telling the world that Burkman’s story doesn’t hold water. Boosie’s post reads raw and unfiltered, the kind of call-out you’d expect from someone who feels genuinely burned.

The outburst is pure Boosie. He’s firing back directly at comments Burkman made to BlkCosmo, where the political operative defended himself against the lawsuit.
In his post, Boosie detailed the frustration: “I GAVE U 3 MONTHS TO SEND MY MONEY BACK‼️TALKING ABOUT TRUMP SIGNED THE PARDON. GOT ME RUNNING AROUND THE DAM HOUSE JUMPING 😜😜SAYING U JUST TALKED TO THE PRESIDENT ‼️ U PLAYED WITH THE WRONG ONE .IM SUING YALL N FEDERAL COURT NOW.”

Here’s what went down: Boosie paid $600,000 to Burkman and Jacob Wohl claiming they could secure him a presidential pardon. According to Boosie’s allegations, the pair told him they had serious connections with Trump and could reach him directly. The pardon never materialized.
Now Boosie is attempting to recover half that amount under what he claims is a contractual refund clause if the pardon didn’t go through. Burkman’s response to BlkCosmo was blunt: the refund provision Boosie cited was never agreed to in the first place.
