Chris Brown‘s ex and baby mama, Diamond Brown, claims the singer is making threats toward her new boyfriends in court documents filed as part of their ongoing child support dispute. In filings obtained by BlkCosmo, Diamond alleges Chris has engaged in what she describes as “disturbing behavior” stemming from her romantic relationships since their breakup two years ago. The allegations paint a picture of escalating tension. According to Diamond, Chris Brown becomes “extremely angry” whenever she dates other men, despite him having moved on with his own partner and having a child with her. She claims he’s made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and his twin brother, and that he’s enlisted third parties to make threats on his behalf.
This isn’t the first time, according to Diamond. She says Chris engaged in the same pattern of behavior about two years ago when she started seeing another man. Both relationships, she contends, fell apart directly because of his harassment. “I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment,” she wrote in the filings. The behavior extends beyond direct threats. Diamond claims Chris has recently harassed her through social media and that he publicly blew up at her in front of their daughter at a birthday party. She described the incident as “harmful and especially inappropriate.”
Diamond says she’s been trying to handle this quietly. Since March, she’s asked Chris’s attorney through her own lawyer to stop the behavior, but claims he hasn’t responded or cooperated. She notes she hasn’t filed for a domestic violence restraining order yet, hoping Chris would simply agree to cease the conduct. “I feel that I have been living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life,” she stated in the documents. Beyond the harassment allegations, Diamond is also challenging Chris over child support. She claims his net worth sits around $50 million while she earns roughly $1,500 monthly. She says he’s refused to provide sufficient support for their daughter and has been stonewalling her attempts to access his financial documents to calculate appropriate payments.
She also points out a perceived disparity in how he treats other mothers of his children. Diamond notes that Chris recently purchased a pink Porsche for his youngest son’s mother and a black Cadillac Escalade for his first daughter’s mother—both vehicles prominently posted on Instagram. Meanwhile, she says he’s been unwilling to provide even basic adequacy for her daughter’s needs. One additional tension: Chris hasn’t asked to see his daughter with Diamond in the last six to seven months, despite typically being out of town for work. She didn’t elaborate on why this matters to her case, but it underscores the broader relationship breakdown. Chris denies all the harassment allegations. In an email from his legal team to Diamond’s attorneys, his lawyer pushed back, stating “Chris denies this” and suggested that Diamond was the one posting inappropriate content. He asked her team for specific examples of the alleged threatening behavior so he could address them.
The custody and support battle began in May 2026 when Diamond sued Chris. She sought primary custody, which he opposed. The case has since expanded to include these harassment allegations and the financial disputes over child support. We’ve reached out to Chris’s legal team for comment and are awaiting their response.
