Diddy and Cassie: New Photo Evidence in Lawsuit

A former male escort suing Diddy and Cassie over alleged trauma from their so-called “freak-offs” says he has photographs that could bolster his case. According to legal documents obtained by BlkCosmo, the images document him being flown out and housed in hotels during what he characterizes as marathon sex sessions.

Clayton Howard, a former sex worker now studying law who testified during the Diddy criminal trial, filed amended legal documents as he attempts to preserve his civil suit against the former couple.

Howard submitted an amended complaint with attached photographs. The first image, dated December 16, 2016, appears to capture the view from an airplane window. During the criminal trial, prosecutors detailed how Diddy allegedly hired male escorts and transported them across the country to engage in sexual activity with Cassie while he watched and directed the proceedings.

A second photograph shows what appears to be a luxury hotel room in Miami Beach, timestamped December 18, 2016.

The room contains some personal items on the bed, though notably nothing that would suggest the alleged activities Howard claims took place.

The final image depicts a hotel hallway, also in Miami.

Howard contends the suit addresses “systemic sexual exploitation and trafficking” spanning from 2009 through 2019. He claims he was hired to have sex with Cassie in hotel rooms while Diddy was present. The lawsuit seeks tens of millions in damages.

Both Cassie and Diddy have denied all allegations. In her response, Cassie referenced text messages Howard sent after she first disclosed her own accusations against Diddy. She argued that Howard was supportive until learning of her settlement with the rap mogul, after which his stance shifted and he pursued his own action against her.

The presiding judge previously dismissed all claims against Cassie but granted Howard permission to file an amended complaint. Cassie subsequently challenged the suit again, arguing it should be dismissed entirely and contending that sufficient time has passed for Howard to present legitimate claims.

Whether these images prove persuasive remains to be seen. The criminal trial presented considerably more substantive evidence than what these photographs appear to offer.
