I’m taking a cbd oil pill with it in it, my cycle was crazy it wouldn’t go off.. this has helped and my moods feel more stable
I take it on pill form. (1) 500mg tablet twice a day. I love it.
I was taking the gelatinized form of black maca, my boobs and ass increased slightly, libido was through the roof. But after a month of taking 2 pills daily, it started making me sick 2 my stomach and so nauseous and I would projectile vomit my guts. Can’t tell what caused this change. Had to stop taking it. Is black maca different from maca?
I’m down for all the results except for getting pregnant so I’ll have to pass

I PURCHASE RED MACA POWDER AND USED IT FOR A WEEK AND I GOT HIVES AND STARTED ITCHING ALL OVER MY FACE AND BODY, HAD TO BE ON MEDS FOR A FEW DAYS 😩😢….
