Most folks didn’t even know about Andrea until that playoff game against the
Philadelphia Eagles in 2024, when Doubs gave her a sweet kiss on the
sideline. She shared the love on Instagram with pics from that day, including
that adorable moment.

opened up about growing up in South Central Los Angeles, mentioning Andrea
in that Go Long interview.
Doubs shared some deeply personal experiences, like the loss of his uncle in
2007 and his parents’ incarceration that same year. His mother was released
after a year and a half, but his father faced a longer sentence.
“My dad was actually on the run. And then he ended up getting caught up,”
Doubs
said. “He went in for about six, seven years.”
He also spoke candidly about the gang culture that surrounded him. He
recalled times when gangsters would try to pressure him to declare his
allegiance: Bloods or Crips?
One such encounter happened when he was with Andrea, who was described in Go
Long as “a girlfriend who takes no s***.” A man on a bike, with a
suspicious backpack, questioned them. When he asked if they were from the
area, Andrea responded with a cool, “Don’t we go to school together?”
That was enough to defuse the situation, and the man rode off without
another word.

Romeo Doubs
and Andrea are the proud parents of one child. Their daughter, Malani Amara
Doubs, arrived on March 25, 2023.
Doubs admits he gained a whole new level of respect for women during
Andrea’s pregnancy, witnessing everything she went through leading up to
Malani’s birth.
Their little one had colic for the first three months, which was tough on
everyone. But they got through it, and now Malani is a happy, healthy baby
who makes regular appearances on Andrea’s Instagram. Each post is flooded
with comments about how absolutely adorable she is!
