Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon have called it quits after five years of dating.
The Criminal Minds star and the model, who welcomed their daughter Frankie in January 2023, have officially gone their separate ways, sources confirm.
Despite their breakup, Moore and Dizon are reportedly committed to co-parenting their daughter and maintaining an amicable relationship.
Neither Moore nor Dizon has publicly commented on the split yet.
