Smokey Robinson: S*xual Battery Allegations Surface

More folks are coming forward with claims about Smokey Robinson, alleging inappropriate behavior during their time working at the Robinsons’ residence in Chatsworth. This situation is definitely heating up.

One accuser, known as John Doe, details years of detailing cars early in the morning at Smokey’s property. He alleges that Smokey Robinson repeatedly appeared, barely dressed, behaving in a way he considered overtly sexual.

Doe claims that his attempts to brush it off and ask Smokey to dress appropriately were ignored, and the behavior persisted.

The lawsuit alleges a turning point in 2022 when Smokey allegedly grabbed Doe’s hand unexpectedly, attempting unwanted contact. Shortly after, Doe claims he was let go.

A year later, Smokey’s wife reportedly requested Doe’s return. However, the same uncomfortable behavior allegedly resumed. Doe says he ultimately left for good, citing concerns after hearing that other workers had allegedly experienced similar conduct and felt unsafe.

A new accuser, Jane Doe, recounts her time as a housekeeper, alleging that Smokey pulled her hand toward him in a sexual and unwelcome manner on over 10 occasions.

These new filings add to the existing lawsuit brought in May by four women accusing the singer of various forms of misconduct. Smokey’s legal team is staunchly denying all allegations.

His attorney, Christopher Frost, tells TMZ that the plaintiffs are engaging in an organized effort to tarnish the couple’s reputation and pressure them for money. He states that the Robinsons have initiated legal action for defamation and conspiracy, asserting that the claims are false and motivated by greed. Frost also notes that the anonymous accusers have withheld evidence and avoided transparency, suggesting that the motives behind the accusations will become clear once the details are public.
