The music mogul will now be released on February 5, 2028, from the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey. Last month, he was scheduled for February 20, 2028, meaning he's getting more than two weeks shaved off his release date. Diddy was found guilty at his 2025 federal trial of transporting prostitutes across state lines for sex purposes and was sentenced to four years and two months.
