Ray j is officially done playing nice with the kardashian empire and has launched a countersuit against kim kardashian and kris jenner after they sued him for defamation, claiming the sex tape was part of a coordinated plan. He claims he and kim consensually filmed the sex tape back in 2003.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are suing Ray J over RICO case allegations. The lawsuit calls his claims fabricated falsehoods and a harassment campaign to revive his career. They seek a jury trial and damages.
