The complaint, filed on March 5, alleges an incident took place in New York in 2014 after she was invited to dinner with Alexander and other real estate professionals. She claims she was handed a drink, later lost memory of what happened, and subsequently woke up surrounded by blood in someone else's hotel room. Alexander's attorney called the lawsuit salacious and demonstrably false.
