Pooh Shiesty swears he’s innocent in the federal kidnapping and robbery case tied to Gucci Mane. He was arraigned in Dallas and pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to his lawyer.

Things just got even more serious for Pooh Shiesty, as the Memphis rapper has officially been denied bond following a federal detention hearing in Dallas. Shiesty will remain behind bars as prosecutors push forward with their case involving explosive allegations that he orchestrated an armed robbery and kidnapping involving Gucci Mane at a Dallas recording studio earlier this year.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the Memphis rapper is at the center of a shocking case involving alleged kidnapping, armed robbery, and a calculated setup inside a Dallas recording studio. Officials claim Shiesty, along with fellow rapper Big30 and several others, orchestrated an "armed takeover" during what was supposed to be a business meeting.

After nearly three years behind bars, pooh shiesty is officially a free man. the “back in blood” rapper was released from federal prison on october 6, according to his attorney bradford cohen.
