Pooh Shiesty Released! Rapper Home After 3 Years 🐍πŸ”₯

After a long three years, Pooh Shiesty is finally back on the streets! The Memphis-bred rapper, known for his fiery hit “Back in Blood” and born Lontrell D. Williams, walked out of federal prison on October 6th, confirmed by his attorney Bradford Cohen.

Cohen took to Instagram to celebrate, hinting at a major comeback: ” @poohshiesty is ready. Wait until you see his comeback. He will be bigger than ever. I’m always glad to see a client start the climb back up to elite status. Always kept it 100.” That’s the kind of energy we love to see!

The legal team worked hard, too. According to Cohen, prosecutors initially wanted a 10-year sentence, but they successfully negotiated a much shorter stay. “The government wanted 10… he got 3. I always think there is a plan for people β€” and his story isn’t over, it’s just starting.”

At just 25, the “Back in Blood” artist was handed a five-year, three-month sentence in 2022. The charges stemmed from a guilty plea to conspiring to possess firearms to further violent crimes and drug trafficking. No small thing.

The court documents laid out a series of incidents, including a 2020 shooting at a Memphis gas station and a shady deal in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, where Shiesty and his crew allegedly tried to cop marijuana, codeine, and some fresh kicks before things turned violent.

But thanks to time served and keeping it solid behind bars, our brother earned an early release. Now, the streets are buzzing with anticipation for his next move.

Before the legal troubles, Pooh Shiesty, signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 label, was on a meteoric rise, dropping banger after banger and becoming a household name in street rap. Now, with whispers of a major comeback echoing through the industry, we’re all watching to see if he can reclaim his spot at the top.

Welcome home, Pooh. The world is waiting. πŸ‘€
