According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge in Los Angeles dismissed the divorce case, noting there was a lack of movement in the case to bring it closer to a final judgment since it was first filed.

The music producer and rapper will see the outside of his jail cell even quicker than anticipated, with his new release date set for January 24, 2028 according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website. This marks a month earlier than his previously expected release date of February 23, 2028, which had been moved up from April 2028.

Diddy is allowed one social visit weekly and will receive briefings on his housing status and disciplinary rights.

Diddy got into a fight with a fellow inmate at his federal lockup in New Jersey and ended up in solitary confinement. Sean Combs went toe to toe with another inmate this week inside FCI Fort Dix after things got heated. The two inmates got into a scuffle, pushing each other and throwing jabs. Prison staff quickly separated both men. Diddy was immediately tossed into the hole at Fort Dix.
