According to union secretary Jose Rojas, Diddy was written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, with another violation on October 1. He also had two minor phone violations on July 7 and September 19. As punishment, Diddy lost 41 days of good time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges, which inmates use to buy snacks and other items.

Diddy was transported out of federal prison early Saturday morning for a medical emergency. Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey say Diddy left the prison grounds to get treatment for a head injury.
