Summer Walker on Billboard: Fraud Lawsuit Against LVRN
Summer Walker is suing LVRN for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. Her 2017 deal made LVRN both her label partner and manager. The suit claims the company pocketed money from her touring, recording, marketing and merchandise budgets. Walker wants a judge to void the deal. Interscope filed a $50 million lawsuit claiming she owes two of five albums in her contract.

Summer Walker on California’s Seven-Year Rule
Interscope Records sued Summer Walker seeking over $50 million damages over a 2017 joint deal requiring five studio albums. Interscope counts three completed albums while treating two others as non-counting EPs. Walker's attorneys invoked California's seven-year rule, a 1944 law allowing workers to exit personal services contracts after seven years. The original deal offered a $110,000 advance and 16 percent royalty. Walker's attorney expressed confidence in her legal position while remaining open to resolution, though a countersuit is possible. Interscope stated it hopes ongoing discussions lead to an amicable settlement.

The mouth is a gateway to the body, and for people with type 2 diabetes, oral care goes far beyond brushing and flossing. Proper brushing techniques, regular flossing, water flossers, and dental checkups every six months are essential preventive measures for managing oral health with diabetes.
