Director Gina Prince-Bythewood premiered a sneak peek of her upcoming film, Children of Blood and Bone, and participated in a panel discussion alongside The View cohost Sunny Hostin and star Thuso Mbedu. The film is slated to drop in January 2027. Filmmaker Nneka Onuorah and acting legend Laverne Cox also spoke on GLAAD's Reel Change panel about Black film and culture.

Cardi B Video Shoot: Photographer Arrested in Security Clash

Cardi B had some police drama at her video shoot Monday in NYC when a 70-year-old photographer named Steven Sands got into it with security and was detained by NYPD. Sands bypassed police barriers and ignored orders from Cardi's staff at the permitted filming location in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He was issued a criminal court summons for disorderly conduct. Video showed him being handcuffed by officers, though police say he was later released without arrest.
