According to reports, four armed and masked individuals targeted 6ix9ine’s residence, reportedly seeking valuables. Law enforcement sources indicate the intruders, brandishing handguns, allegedly demanded cash and car keys, even holding the rapperβs 60-year-old mother against her will during the ordeal. Tekashi 6ix9ine himself wasn’t home at the time; he was reportedly livestreaming.
Ironically, the person he was livestreaming with had literally just been arrested the day before on drug possession and other chargesβ¦
Palm Beach Sheriffβs deputies responded to a call about a home-invasion robbery in progress. Upon arrival, they learned that multiple gunmen had forced their way in, confronted 6ix9ineβs mother outside, and ransacked the place in search of valuables.
A K-9 unit was deployed, but the suspects had already fled, presumably in a waiting vehicle.
Thankfully, no one sustained serious physical injuries, but the situation was undeniably terrifying, especially for 6ix9ineβs mother.
This Ainβt the First Time 6ix9ineβs Been Targetedβ¦
If this story sounds familiar, itβs because 6ix9ine has been through something like this before. In 2018, he was kidnapped, robbed, and assaulted by a former associate, an event that became a major topic in the rap world.
During that previous attack, he was pistol-whipped, forced into a car, and driven around while his kidnappers demanded money and jewelry. He eventually escaped and sought help from a stranger. The case led to arrests and became a central part of a federal trial that significantly altered his public perception.
Heβs recovered from that incident but it looks like trouble will continue to follow him.
