A week 😩
A week 😩
It has been 5 years and I’m struggling😔
@Misspelle maybe its more of a feeling like yourself again , instead of like a bounceback perhaps ,,,..,,,,
2 days with all 4 no waist trainer, detox or flat tummy tea
@afrogirlfitness My friend found out she was pregnant and started eating really healthy. After her pregnancy, she was the smallest she’s ever been. I thought you gain regardless…your thoughts? #happyforher😍 #keepinghopealive
Still fat baby almost 3mnth….but cardio helping me one day at a time…..lol
Wait…..we’re supposed to lose that? 😁 It’s been 10 years. 🙁 Just released 30. Let’s see how much more I can do by his 11th birthday in April. 👍🏾 BTW: You look GREAT!
Cutest baby
@misspelle maybe thats true one doesnt have time to try to bounceback after chilbirth/deliver/having a baby , even just meeting your baby you dont even think about it, its true i understand that part , but sometimes when you realize that you start felling like yourself again it does take some time , even if you dont realize when and how it happens or even if you dont plan it ,,, it does for some women but like i said i understand both perspectives ,, i think that sometimes it just has to do with deprresion after a baby perhaps 🤷🏻♀️..,,, but either way yeah i think we should and leArn how to embrace motherhood with everything it comes with :/ 🙁 ,,,…
