50 Cent Claims Ownership of IFC Studios Following Jim Jones Eviction Drama

The plot just thickened.

After previously posting an alleged eviction notice and video footage of Jim Jones kicking in the doors at IFC Studios, 50 Cent is back with another twist.

This time, the G-Unit mogul shared a photo alongside the landlord — identified in his caption as “Sam” — claiming they are now partners and that he owns the studio space.

“Sam is my partner I own the joint, now your gonna fix every door you kick or I’m gonna kick ya ass jimmy. 🤔 by Monday, your destroying my property,” 50 wrote.

The bold claim immediately set social media on fire, with fans questioning whether 50 is serious, trolling, or strategically inserting himself into the situation. Given his history of turning internet drama into business moves, many aren’t ruling anything out.

Just days earlier, 50 had posted what appeared to be a termination notice from the landlord and footage showing Jim allegedly forcing entry into the studio after being locked out. Now, with 50 claiming ownership, the narrative has shifted from trolling to potential takeover.

Neither Jim Jones nor the IFC Studios landlord has publicly responded to 50’s latest post at the time of this writing.

Whether this is business, banter, or a little bit of both, one thing is clear — 50 Cent knows how to keep his name at the center of the conversation.Video below
