50 Cent is bringing street culture to the casino floor with a new live table game inspired by Cee-Lo, the legendary New York dice game that’s been a fixture of hip-hop culture for decades.
The rapper and entrepreneur is partnering with gaming company TCSJOHNHUXLEY to create 50 Cent Headcrack, a casino version of the three-dice game rooted in New York street culture. 50 Cent has spent years building his brand beyond music, and this move fits squarely into his broader business strategy.
The game debuts at G2E Las Vegas 2026, running September 29 through October 1 at The Venetian Expo. It’s one of the gaming industry’s largest annual events, so the timing places Headcrack directly in front of casino operators and industry decision-makers.
The concept preserves what makes Cee-Lo iconic—three dice, classic rolls, the energy—while adding the infrastructure that casinos need: dealers, structured betting, published payouts, and digital integration. It’s not watering down the game; it’s legitimizing it.
The signature roll is 4-5-6, the combination that makes the table erupt with one word: “Headcrack!”
50 doesn’t need to explain the name to New Yorkers. “For a hundred years this game lived on the corner,” he said. “Now it’s got a dealer, a pay table and a seat at the table in a real casino. Same dice, new floor.”
The game targets commercial casino operators and will be available in multiple formats. Players can expect traditional dice or automated dice technology, depending on the venue.
The design includes a Bank-Shooter-Tie structure that makes it accessible for players new to the game, removing barriers to entry for casino floors that want to introduce Cee-Lo without the learning curve.
TCSJOHNHUXLEY Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg framed the partnership as a natural convergence. “This combines 50’s global entertainment reach with the company’s experience in live casino gaming,” he explained. It’s the kind of collaboration that feels inevitable in retrospect.
At this point, adding casino gaming to 50’s portfolio feels like filling in a box on a well-worn checklist. He’s already established himself in television, film, touring, spirits, publishing, and consumer products. Each venture reinforces his brand as someone who understands how to commodify culture without fully divorcing it from its roots.
