Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are starring in a new production of ‘Waiting for Godot.’

Keanu Reeves is stepping onto the Broadway stage for the first time, and his lady, Alexandra Grant, is his biggest cheerleader! It’s beautiful to see Black love celebrated and supported.

Our fave action star is sharing the stage with his Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure co-star, Alex Winter, in a fresh take on Waiting for Godot. The show kicked off on September 13, and judging by the buzz, it’s a must-see.

Grant – who’s been rocking with Reeves since 2019 – hopped on Instagram to shower her man with love after catching the play. Real Black love!

“To Keanu – who isn’t on social media, but I’ll make sure he sees this – your dedication to trying something new is inspiring,” she shared. “Your Estragon is unlike anything I’ve ever seen – sometimes like a boy, then a raging man when A Boy arrives.”

She continued, “Your Estragon is funny, lonely, philosophical, and just like you, can sleep anywhere, anytime! I’m honored to be on this journey with you!” Talk about couple goals!

Grant, a visual artist, also gave props to Winter, who’s killing it as Vladimir in Samuel Beckett’s 1953 play. We love seeing Black folks excel in every field.

“Alex, you set the bar for friendship and creative collaboration!” she wrote. “Viva Vladimir!”

Grant also raved about the entire Waiting for Godot production, calling it “exciting, imaginative, surprising… using Beckett’s rhythms, secret codes, and themes of love, dependence, and power to explore different dimensions. The set and sound design transported me and the audience beyond the Hudson.” Sounds like a thought-provoking piece!

If you want to experience Waiting for Godot, catch it at the Hudson Theater until January 4, 2026. Let’s support Black talent and Black love!
