Set to premiere Thursday, October 30, this bold new drama is a full-on love letter to the women who rise, grind, and glow through it all.
Standing for Girls Raised in the South, G.R.I.T.S. follows three Memphis women Keisha (Jasmine Sargent), Ty (Ashanti Harris), and Francis (Aja “Slimeroni” Canyon) as they skate, strive, and survive their way through life in the 901. With dreams bigger than their zip code and a determination carved out of struggle, these friends turn the roller rink into both sanctuary and battleground. Between chasing ambitions, wrestling with grief, and facing the city’s harsh realities, they find purpose and power — on eight wheels.
